Musings Of A Newbie Wifey

Before I got married, I already knew how to cook, wash and iron clothes, and clean the dishes. I usually help my mom, that’s how I learned. When I got tired, I’d just go and leave them to the expert – my mommy. But now that I’m married and a wife to Benj, I realized that I wasn’t prepared. Doing those chores were not as easy as they seemed when my mom was doing it. I have no expert set of hands to finish them for me.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not complaining. All I’m saying is kaya pala my mom makes it seem so easy because she was doing it for the people she loves. And now that I’m doing it for Benj, I hope those chores looks easy to him
